We have developed an app that will decrease the time it takes for a physician to receive the critical information needed in order to prompt the start of interventions before the patient even reaches the hospital. The benefit of using this app compared to the current email based system is its speed, reliability, cost effectiveness and ease of use. Any healthcare provider that has the potential to lay a hand in the care of a STEMI patient needs to have this app.
